A member of Comintern decided to go rogue and attacked a member of GGU resulting in IFAP and GGU declaring war on Comintern. At the end they come up with a peace treaty that the rogue will get kicked and that Kirino were not allowed to talk about the GGU or IFAP in IRC and the forum. If the treaty were to be broken, Comrade Kirino would as a result be forever expelled from Comintern.
